Convenient, Flexible Exhaust Fan Installation

This exhaust fan system offers two primary mounting options, giving you the flexibility you need for your specific setup: from the outside or from the inside.

• Exterior Mounting: For outside installation, a 17x17-inch hole is required to accommodate the fan and its interior cage. The fan is secured to your wall using fasteners (not included) through the framework, and the framework should be caulked for a watertight seal. This method fully encloses the fan structure within your building, with the louvers facing outwards.

• Interior Mounting: For inside installation, a 16.25x16.25-inch opening is needed to allow the louvers to operate freely. The fan slides into the opening from the inside out, with an exterior lip providing a finished look from the outside. Secure the fan to your wall with fasteners (not included) and seal with caulking.
