We aim to have your products shipped to your door within 7 business days. This can sometimes vary depending on weather or unforeseen circumstances. Some of our products will have a longer shipping time, but we will be sure to let you know so appropriate expectations are set.
We stand behind the products we offer and will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. It is important for the customer to be aware that all returns are subject to the return policy of the specific manufacturer.
Re-stocking fees for some products may be as high as 20%, depending on the return policy of the specific manufacturer Some items may not be returnable at all. Contact a member of our Customer Service Team for details on a specific item. *Point Zero Energy will only accept returns on products that are damaged or defective.
*Inergy's return period policy is 14 days
*Berkey’s policy is all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only for orders that are incorrect, or have damaged, missing or defective items. Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy.
*Hotspot Energy will only accept returns on products that are damaged or defective.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Prior to returning a "Return Material Authorization Number" must be obtained from Wild Oak Trail - credit may not be issued for returns sent without an RMA number. All defective or returned goods must be returned freight prepaid to the address provided by the Wild Oak Trail. Credit will be applied within 5 days of receipt and inspection by our vendors. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with instructions. All exchanges must be approved by the manufacturer before any exchanges will take place.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise in writing from Wild Oak Trail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Deposits towards back ordered items will be applied to the sales price at the time the order is fulfilled and shipped. Sales price will remain the same when you place the deposit unless otherwise notified. Cancelation fees still apply to back ordered deposits.
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $40 cancelation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped or your order has been sent off to the supplier and we are unable to stop it in motion, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order once the return has met the satisfaction of the return shipping policy. Any orders that incur a processing merchant fee to process your payment (PayPal, Credit Card, ACH, ect.) will be refunded the full amount minus the merchant fee even if canceled before 24 hours.
