I received my ICECP Freezer unit upside down. What should I do?
Please place the unit standing up on the correct side for at least 12 hours before plugging it in.
Can I use AC and DC at the same time to power my ICECO unit?
No, connecting AC/DC power at the same to the unit time may cause the module to burn out.
Can I use Solar Panels alone to power my ICECO Portable freezer?
No, you cannot. You need to have a battery in use connected to the solar panels SOlar Panel alone cannot ower the ICECO unit directly.
Is it normal for my ICECO unit to have condensation on its fridge casing?
This is a normal and natural physical occurrence. When the surrounding air has high humidity, moisture can condense into water droplets upon contact with the cooler surface of the refrigerator's exterior.
