Do you offer expedited shipping on ICECO products?
At this time, expedited shipping is not available for ICECO products.
What areas cannot receive ICECO shipments?
ICECO products cannot currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
I received my ICECO unit upside down. What should I do?
Place the unit standing upright on the correct side and leave it for at least 12 hours before plugging it in. This allows the compressor oil to settle back into proper position.
Can I use AC and DC power at the same time?
No. Do not connect AC and DC power simultaneously -- doing so may cause the control module to burn out. Use one power source at a time.
Can I use solar panels alone to power my ICECO freezer?
No. Solar panels alone cannot directly power the ICECO unit. You need a battery connected to your solar panels -- the battery powers the unit, while the solar panels charge the battery.
Is condensation on the outside of my ICECO unit normal?
Yes, this is normal. In high-humidity environments, moisture from the surrounding air condenses onto the cooler exterior surface of the unit. It is a natural physical occurrence and not a defect.
