Miller Tech Batteries have an IP65 Ingress Protection rating, meaning they are fully sealed against dust and protected against low-pressure water jets but not against submersion or high-pressure water. An accidental splash is fine, but prolonged water exposure or submersion can damage the battery and void the warranty. For marine use, ensure to use a sealed battery box or secure bulkhead.
Can I use a different Lithium Charger for my MillerTech Batteries?
It is not advised. MillerTech has chargers designed to work specifically with their batteries. These chargers use a constant voltage and current to charge your MillerTech Battery properly so you can get the best performance all the time.
Can I wire my MillerTech Batteries in Series for Higher Voltage?
Yes, you can. However, it is best to have batteries wired in parallel to provide a longer life in the long run. Also, MillerTech offers options for 12V, 24V,36V, and 48V batteries to match your needs. A single Battery with a higher Voltage is always the better option.
Are MillerTech Batteries Bluetooth Compatible?
Yes, they are. MillerTech Batteries feature Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to monitor real-time data like voltage, current, and state of charge through your mobile phone with a downloadable app.
