This batch-style milk pasteurizer machine uses a 1.6 kW single phase heater to heat raw milk up to 70°C (158°F) in under 75 minutes.
The water tank creates a protective hot water layer between the heater and the milk container, preventing burning and ensuring good flow control.
Once heating is complete, you can cool the milk quickly by connecting the inlet hose to tap water.
