Maintenance

EcoFlow power stations need very little, but the little matters.

  • Temperature. Charge between about 32°F and 113°F; discharge down to about 14°F. Store between roughly 0°F and 113°F, and never in a hot vehicle. Heat is the one thing that ages LFP cells quickly.
  • Storage charge. Keep an idle unit around 50 to 80 percent and top it up every three to six months. Never store it empty. Set a charge ceiling in the app for a standby unit.
  • Vents. Leave a few inches of clearance around fan intakes and exhausts, and blow dust out of the grilles occasionally on a job site.
  • Firmware. Update through the app; EcoFlow ships battery management and charging improvements regularly.
  • Cables. Inspect the AC and solar cables for cuts or heat damage, especially after job-site use.
  • Cleaning. A damp cloth on the case. Keep water away from ports; the DELTA 3 Plus's battery pack is IP65 but the unit as a whole is not weatherproof.

Troubleshooting

  • The app will not connect. Toggle Bluetooth, make sure the unit is on, and try connecting over Wi-Fi from the same network. A firmware update often fixes connectivity.
  • The fan is loud. Under heavy load or fast charging, that is normal. Lower the charging speed in the app if noise matters, and check that vents are not blocked.
