Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders via trusted third-party carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the product and destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.


Signature-Required Deliveries

  • Some items, particularly high-value or oversized products, may require a signature upon delivery at the carrier’s discretion.

  • If a carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” responsibility for the shipment transfers once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

  2. We will assist in opening a carrier investigation or claim on your behalf.

  3. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.

Wild Oak Trail is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating or resolving missing shipments through the carrier.


Carrier Delays & Errors

Wild Oak Trail is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Misdelivery by the carrier

  • Missing or incomplete proof of delivery provided by the carrier

Any loss occurring while the shipment is in the carrier’s custody is subject to the carrier’s claims process.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while an active carrier investigation is ongoing may delay resolution.

Chargebacks related to delivery issues are reviewed based on:

  • Carrier tracking confirmation

  • Proof of shipment

  • Carrier investigation findings
