SunStar appliances are compatible with 12/24VDC and 115VAC power, with certain models capable of operating on both voltages simultaneously. When using DC power, it’s essential to connect your appliance directly to the battery pack, as the load port on a solar controller should not be used to power the appliance. For models designed for direct solar use, you can connect them straight to a solar panel, eliminating the need for battery storage. Can I lay My SunStar refrigerator on its side for transport?
Yes, you can. Make sure to have the unit set upright for a minimum of 2 hours before operating again after transport. It is also important to note that its better to lay them on the side versus front or back.
