Your SunStar® solar freezer or refrigerator is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty protecting you against defects in materials and workmanship. This coverage remains valid for the specific duration listed on your product’s documentation, beginning on your original date of purchase.
Service & Resolutions If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, SunStar® reserves the right to repair or replace the defective unit or component at their discretion. Any repairs or replacements will be completed using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed the original factory quality standards.
What Is Not Covered (Exclusions) To ensure your coverage remains valid, please use the unit as intended. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
