Anker Power Stations sold through Wild Oak Trail are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and recreational use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of purchase.

The warranty period for Anker portable power stations varies by model and battery type. Units with standard battery cells typically carry an 18‑month warranty, while models with LifePO4 battery chemistry may carry a longer warranty (up to 60 months) depending on the specific product.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification, exposure to extreme conditions, water damage (beyond manufacturer specifications), theft, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Warranty coverage may be void if the product is used outside intended purposes.

To initiate a warranty claim, please have your proof of purchase and order details ready, and contact us at customersupport@wildoaktrail.com. We will assist you with the process and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Anker and Wild Oak Trail reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy under the warranty, which may include repair, replacement with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value, or partial refund based on usage time.
