Berkey Water Filter Extended Lifetime Warranty
Wild Oak Trail offers an exclusive Lifetime warranty for your Big Berkey Water Filter.
This covers your stainless steel chamber and lid, washers, nuts and spigot. This provides coverage over and above the general manufacturers warranty. For the first 6 months to 2 years depending on which product you purchase, the warranty will be handled via NMCL (makers of the Berkey). Once your initial warranty with Berkey ends, your Berkey container and parts excluding filters will be handled via Wild Oak Trail. This warranty is provided free of charge with your system purchase through www.WildOakTrail.com. Proof of purchase through Wild Oak Trail is required.
This guarantee will be void in circumstances of misuse. It doesn’t cover items that have been damaged due to user abuse, mistreatment, salt water or air, lack of maintenance, lack of routine cleanings, or accidents (dropping etc.).
The customer will be responsible for processing charges and shipping.
The Berkey Earth Ceramic Filters and Black Berkey purification elements have a two year pro-rated manufacturer’s warranty which is calculated in six month intervals. The filters and purification elements are not covered under lifetime warranty. For example, if you have used the filters for 8 months, 75% of the guarantee still applies so you can get a full replacement set for 25% off of the normal cost.
