Are windows, shingles, and flooring included?
No ā windows, shingles, and flooring are sold separately so you can design your shed exactly the way you want. This gives you full control over color, style, and finish to match your home and meet any local code requirements.
Do I need a floor, and what are my options?
Yes, a floor is required. You can pour a cement slab or choose the optional FortressFloorā¢ wooden floor system, which includes 2Ć4 treated joists at 16ā³ on-center, Ā¾ā³ plywood panels, and 4Ć4 treated runners. The FortressFloorā¢ is a commercial-grade option built to support heavy tools and equipment.
Is assembly included, or is this a DIY kit?
These are DIY kits ā assembly is not included. Every component arrives precision pre-cut for accurate, straightforward assembly. You can build it yourself or hire a local contractor. Most builders complete assembly in 2ā3 days with two or three people once the floor is set and level.
What tools will I need for assembly?
Recommended tools include a drill, hammer, ladder, saw, tape measure, pencil, level, and appropriate safety gear. The pre-cut kit eliminates most of the complex measuring and cutting, but having these tools on hand ensures a smooth build.
How long does shipping take?

How is the kit delivered?
Kits arrive curbside via liftgate truck ā the driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway. You'll need help or equipment to move the pallets from the driveway to your build site. Plan accordingly before your delivery date.

Permit requirements vary by location. We strongly recommend checking with your local building department and HOA (if applicable) before purchasing. Requirements depend on structure size, intended use, and local zoning rules.
What is the difference between the Standard and Sliding Door models?
The Standard model has 6ā²4ā³ side walls and classic dual barn doors that can be positioned on either the eave or gable side. The Sliding Door model has taller 8ā²1ā³ side walls and a space-saving sliding barn door centered on the gable side ā better for workshops and situations where you need extra vertical storage or can't spare door swing clearance.
