No — windows, shingles, and flooring are sold separately so you can customize your shed exactly the way you want. Choose your preferred light level, insulation style, and exterior finish to match your home.
What does the roof overhang actually do?
The extended front overhang creates a shaded, rain-protected zone in front of the entry doors — useful for keeping the doorway and entry area dry, and for creating a transition space when loading and unloading items. It also gives the shed a distinctive look that sets it apart from standard gable sheds.
How much storage does the split loft add?
The split loft has a maximum height of 2′1″, making it suitable for flat or low-profile items — seasonal decorations, lightweight bins, tarps, lawn furniture cushions, and similar items. The first-floor headroom remains at a full 6′4″, so the loft doesn't impede day-to-day use of the main floor.
What sizes are available?
The Overhang Oasis comes in 10′×10′ and 10′×14′. Both share the same roof overhang design, split loft, 6′4″ side walls, and door configuration. The 10×14 adds extra depth for larger storage needs or workshop use.
Where do the barn doors go?
The 5′4″ × 5′11″ barn doors are positioned on the eave side and can be placed offset-left or offset-right — giving you flexibility based on how your shed sits on your property and which direction you prefer to enter from.
Do I need a floor, and what are my options?
Yes, a floor is required. You can pour a cement slab or choose the optional FortressFloor™ wooden floor system, which includes 2×4 treated joists at 16″ on-center, ¾″ plywood panels, and 4×4 treated runners — a commercial-grade base built to last.
Is assembly included, or is this a DIY kit?
This is a DIY kit — assembly is not included. Every component arrives precision pre-cut for accurate assembly. You can build it yourself with a helper or hire a local contractor. Most builders complete the Overhang Oasis in 2–3 days with two or three people once the floor is set and level.
