All EcoFlow generators, portable power stations, and accessories are processed and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse partners within 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status easily.
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on EcoFlow generator and power station orders throughout the continental United States. Estimated delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, peak holiday periods, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Some larger units, bundles, or accessory kits may arrive in multiple packages. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment so you can follow their progress.
