All Kodiak Canvas tents are processed and shipped directly from the warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Please note that due to the heavy-duty nature of these tents (canvas and steel construction), larger models, specifically the Cabin tents, may arrive in multiple packages (e.g., one box for the tent body and a separate box for the pole set).

Kodiak Canvas stands behind the quality of their gear with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers the original purchaser against any defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product.

• What is Covered: Manufacturing defects, such as faulty stitching, hardware failure, or fabric flaws upon arrival.

• What is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by neglect (such as mold or mildew from storing wet), UV damage from permanent setup, or damage from extreme weather events (natural hazards).

If a verified manufacturing defect is found, Kodiak Canvas will repair or replace the component free of charge.
