Warranty 

MillerTech warrants the product against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one year from the invoice date. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. During the warranty period, MillerTech will repair, replace, or provide a refurbished product of equal or greater value at no charge, except for return shipping costs, upon verification of the defect and proof of purchase.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

• Non-residential or unintended use

• Incorrect or inadequate maintenance

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Damages during transportation, assembly, or maintenance

• Used or previously displayed items

Claim Procedure

Keep invoices for one year. Claims must be made within the specified times:

• Defective merchandise: within one year from the invoice date

• Missing parts: within 60 days of receipt

Defective items must be returned in original packaging. MillerTech may require inspection at the original warehouse or by a field representative. Photos and the original invoice are helpful for claims. If justified, the item will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or higher value. Parts will be replaced whenever possible.
