Warranty and Support

• Years 1 to 6: Full repair or replace

• Years 7 to 10: Repair or discount replace

• Shipping: Shipping is covered for the first 5 years

However, the manufacturer is not responsible for defects caused by abuse, neglect, or the following:

• Shipping damage, loose terminal bolts, or corroded hardware.

• Tampering with or removal of manufacturer codes.

• Improper installation, charging, or maintenance.

• Breakage from collision, fire, freezing, extreme temperatures, improper storage, water damage, or tampering.

• Defective State of Charge (SOC) meter (SOC meter is not covered by the MillerTech warranty).

• Normal end of life: A battery can deliver a fixed number of usable amp-hours. If it reaches this limit, the warranty does not cover it, even within the warranty period. The manufacturer may deny claims if the battery is deemed to have reached its normal end of life.
