The MRCOOL DIY® 5th Gen 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Mini Split Condenser is engineered for large homes, offices, and multi-room layouts that demand maximum flexibility and independent temperature control. Supporting up to six indoor air handlers, this condenser allows you to manage comfort room by room from a single outdoor unit.
Designed for straightforward DIY installation, this 230V system is pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant and pairs with MRCOOL DIY® Quick Connect® line sets, no vacuum pump or specialized HVAC tools required. A minimum of two indoor units is required, with support for up to 54,000 BTU total indoor capacity.
