How to Use Sauna Ice

To use, place 3-5 small crystals into a bucket of warm water and let them dissolve. Then, pour the water over the sauna stones to release a soothing menthol mist. For the best results, avoid direct contact with your eyes or sensitive areas after handling the crystals.

Storage and Precautions

Each bag of Sauna Ice lasts for approximately 140 sauna sessions, depending on usage. For storage, keep the bag out of the sauna as the heat and humidity will cause it to melt. If you're allergic to menthol or pregnant, please consult with your physician before use.
