We strongly advise against it for elevated hunting towers over 4 feet tall. Straight Angle brackets have no horizontal skew, meaning they will not resist side-to-side sway in the wind. For full tower builds, use our Double Angle Elevator Brackets.
What size lumber do these brackets accept?
Each sleeve measures exactly 4" x 4" x 5.25" and is designed to accept standard nominal 4x4 lumber (which measures 3.5" x 3.5" in actual dimensions).
Is this blind suitable for bowhunting?
Yes. The blind features versatile shooting ports designed for compound and traditional bows. Additionally, the included 7-inch height extenders provide extra clearance for a clean vertical draw from a seated position.
