  What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., stitching errors).

  • Hardware failure due to production faults.

  • Waterproofing issues caused by manufacturing defects.

  What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, fabric degradation over time).

  • Accidental damage (cuts, rips, burns, or storm damage).

  • Environmental damage (mold, mildew, or UV degradation).

  • Damage caused by improper care, negligence, or permanent setup.

  Returns

  • 15-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
