Every EcoFlow DELTA 3 accepts solar between 11 and 60 volts, and the only real differences between models are how many watts each will take and how many inputs it has. Pick a panel whose open-circuit voltage stays under 60V, whose wattage gets you close to the input limit without wildly exceeding it, and whose size and weight suit how you will use it. For most buyers that means the EcoFlow 220W bifacial panel for a 1kWh unit or the Max, and one or two EcoFlow 400W panels for the Plus, Max Plus or Ultra.

One 220W bifacial panel. It is the largest EcoFlow panel that stays comfortably inside the 500W limit on its own, and its rear face picks up reflected light for a real-world gain over a one-sided 220W. Expect a full recharge in a long summer afternoon. If you want to get closer to the 500W ceiling, two 220W panels wired in series stay under 60V and deliver up to 440W. EcoFlow bundles the Classic with a 220W panel for $759, a saving over buying separately.
Two panels, one per input. The budget pairing is two 220W bifacials for 440W total and a full charge in a couple of hours. The fast pairing is two 400W panels, one on each input, for 800W and a recharge close to EcoFlow's 70-minute figure. Because the inputs are independent, you can mix panel types without one dragging the other down, which is useful on a van with a fixed flexible panel and a portable panel on the ground. The Plus ships bundled with two 110W panels for $1,099 if weight is your priority.
One 220W bifacial or one 400W panel. The 400W will be limited to 500W by the input but gives more usable output in weaker light, and a 2kWh battery benefits from the larger panel. Wild Oak Trail bundles the Max with a 220W panel for $1,199 or a 400W panel for $1,299.
Two 400W panels in parallel for 800W, or up to four 220W panels in a series-parallel arrangement to approach 1,000W. This is the model where solar really shines: 1,000W of panels takes the 2kWh battery to 80 percent in about 96 minutes, and adding an EcoFlow alternator charger in parallel cuts that to about 51 minutes on the road. Bundles with a 220W or 400W panel are available at $1,439 and $1,599.

Every DELTA 3 solar input accepts 11 to 60 volts. Panels have two voltages that matter: operating voltage, which is what they produce under load, and open-circuit voltage, which is what they produce with nothing connected. The power station sees open-circuit voltage first, so that is the one that must stay under 60V.
As a rule, EcoFlow's 110W, 160W and 220W panels can be run in pairs in series. The 400W panel should be run singly or in parallel. Check the open-circuit voltage printed on the back of any panel before wiring, and remember that cold, bright mornings push voltage above the printed rating.
The DELTA 3 uses a standard XT60i solar input, and adapter cables to MC4 connectors are widely available. Any rigid or portable panel that fits the voltage window will work, and a fixed Rich Solar rigid panel on a cabin or shed roof is often the most cost-effective way to keep a DELTA 3 topped up permanently. Rigid 100W and 200W 12V-class panels have open-circuit voltages around 22 to 25V and can be paired in series; 24V-class panels around 45 to 50V should only be run in parallel. The 11V minimum means a single small 12V panel in weak light may not wake the charger, which is another argument for pairing two in series.
